The Staff Training Guide is intended to be used by staff at
No Wrong Door (NWD) agencies (referred to as Doors) to:
- Learn about the services, targeting criteria, and processes for accessing service of other Doors; and
- Understand how to use the infrastructure for improving coordination across Doors created under the NWD effort, such as the Referral Tool and bi-monthly information sharing meetings.
All agencies participating in the NWD effort have agreed to
include this NWD Staff Training Guide in their initial and ongoing staff
trainings. The Guide will be updated as Doors change their services and
systems. Any recommendations for updating any part of this guide should be sent
to andrew@hcbs.info.
